ABOUT
Open to boys and girls, youth through high school, our winter program blends age-specific small-group skill work with small-sided game play each week. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll get more touches, faster reps, and real game decisions—building fundamentals, confidence, and game IQ. Players leave with sharper skills and a deeper understanding of how to play.

Equipment:
All players must have an active USA Lacrosse membership to participate in any Omaha Lacrosse equipment-required program; this is a league requirement and provides supplemental insurance. Before registering, please verify your child’s membership number and expiration—if you need a new or renewed membership, it costs $35 and is valid for one year. You can look up your number or get a membership before completing registration.
